I'm a web developer for MIT who lives in Georgetown, Massachusetts with my husband Bill, two sons and a very large Bernese Mountain Dog.

My work-related web specialties include:

• usability (making engaging, user-focused web sites)
• information architecture (building web sites that are intuitive to browse)
• content management (I'm an expert Joomla developer and have considerable depth of experience in Drupal too)

When I'm not managing sites for MIT, I will occasionally build a small business site or teach a workshop or two.

In my personal life I enjoy hiking with our dog and other dog-related pursuits, traveling (especially to Vermont), and I'm a voracious reader.
