THE HOUSE
 There are eight home plans available for Littles Hill, although since builder Shep Spear will consider any plan a buyer would like, it's not even limited to those. We liked all of the ones offered though, and had more than enough trouble just choosing from those!
 The homes range in size from about 2,800 square feet to more than 3,300 square feet. We liked the Deerfield, which is I guess what you'd call a "midsize" :-) at a little over 3,000 square feet. It has a living room, study, dining room, half bath, kitchen and front-to-back family room on the first floor, and a laundry area, two baths, and four bedrooms on the second floor (including a large master bedroom suite). There's also an unfinished basement and attic. Note that in our house as built, the plans are exactly flip-flopped -- family room and master bedroom are both on the left if you're looking at our house from the front.
