The leaves are starting to change, and we haven't moved in yet! :-(
Notice how high the deck is. By making the deck two levels and moving the steps to the other side, we were able to have just a few steps from the deck to the yard (which I really wanted), but could still have a walk-out basement. It worked out perfectly.
