Please note that this analysis of Monster,
BostonWorks and FlipDog was conducted in the fall of 2001 -- much has changed
on those sites and in the job market since then! I have never worked in online
recruitment -- the observations and conclusions drawn here are based solely on
my experiences in online publishing for ZDNet, CNET and MIT.
